- 6. Land Requirements: Applicants must own or lease land as per the criteria provided. Proof of land documents may be requested during verification.
- 7. Application Fee: If any processing fee is required, it is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.
- 8. Communication: All official communication related to your application will be sent via the registered email ID and mobile number. Ensure they are valid and active.
- 9. Selection Process: Shortlisting and final selection are done solely at the discretion of the company. The decision will be final and binding.
- 10. Privacy & Data Use: We value your privacy. Your submitted information will only be used for processing your dealership request and internal analysis. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
- 11. Status Tracking: Applicants may track the status of their application using the provided tools. Default status after submission will be marked as “Pending”.
- 12. Modification & Cancellation: The company reserves the right to update, cancel, or reject any application or change these terms without prior notice.
- 13. Intellectual Property: All logos, designs, texts, and content on this site are owned by the respective company and are protected by copyright laws.
- 14. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay arising from your use of this website or the dealership process.
